Refund Policy

Alfa Haj & Umrah Services accepts refund requests on valid grounds, subject to a minimum of 10 days' advance notice from the scheduled departure date.

Valid grounds

• Documented medical emergency of the pilgrim or immediate family.
• Death in immediate family.
• Visa rejection by the Saudi Embassy not attributable to incorrect documentation by the pilgrim.
• Operator-initiated cancellation (rare; full refund).

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 21 working days after deduction of non-recoverable third-party costs (airline, hotel, visa, insurance) already incurred.

Not refundable

Visa fees, insurance premiums, issued air-tickets after the airline cut-off, and hotel pre-payments after the hotel's free-cancellation window has closed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted on valid grounds with a minimum of 10 days' advance notice.

Cancellation slabs

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus visa, insurance, and ticket fees already issued.
• 10–29 days before departure: 50% refund of recoverable amount.
• Less than 10 days: Non-refundable, except in documented emergencies covered by the Refund Policy.

How to cancel

Submit cancellation request in writing via email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (+91 75694 44414) with your booking reference. Acknowledgement provided within 24 hours during office hours.

Force majeure

In events outside our control (Saudi government policy changes, airline closures, natural disasters), Alfa will work in the pilgrim's interest to reschedule, refund recoverable amounts, or provide alternate dates.

Privacy Policy

Alfa Haj & Umrah Services collects only the data required to process your Hajj or Umrah journey: name, contact details, passport, PAN, and travel preferences.

How we use your data

• To process Saudi Umrah / Hajj visas.
• To issue air tickets, hotel bookings, and ground transport.
• To procure travel and medical insurance.
• To communicate trip information via WhatsApp, email, and phone.

Sharing

Data is shared only with required third parties — Saudi visa issuers, airlines, hotels, insurance providers — and only the minimum required. Your data is never sold, never shared with marketers.

Storage & security

Documents are stored encrypted, access-controlled, and retained only for the duration legally required for travel-document compliance, after which they are securely deleted.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Terms of Use

By engaging Alfa Haj & Umrah Services, you agree to the following.

Booking

• All bookings are confirmed only on receipt of advance payment and complete documents.
• Pricing displayed is indicative and subject to airline / hotel / market fluctuation per current Saudi regulations.
• Final pricing is confirmed in writing at booking confirmation.

Documents

The pilgrim is responsible for the accuracy and validity of documents submitted. Alfa is not liable for visa rejection caused by incorrect or incomplete documents from the pilgrim.

Conduct

Pilgrims agree to follow Saudi laws, Haram regulations, group timings, and the Itekaf / Nusuk schedules where applicable. Alfa reserves the right to discontinue services for pilgrims violating local law without refund of services already consumed.

Liability

Alfa's liability is limited to services directly contracted. Third-party services (airlines, hotels, insurance) are governed by their own terms.

Changes

Itineraries may be adjusted in the pilgrim's interest due to operational conditions. Alfa will communicate any change as early as possible.
